I am flattered to be elected to ETS Board of Directors in November 2019. Most of my career has been in Logistics and look forward to using my experience in making the most of ETS’ network of committed volunteers and staff who faithfully serve their riders and the community.
I have a BA in International Business from Illinois State University and a J.D. from DePaul University. I started my career in freight forwarding and customs brokerage. I am also a licensed US Customs Broker. After law school, I worked as a customs attorney in Washington D.C. I then moved back home to work for a division of a Fortune 500 company as Director of Logistics and Trade Compliance.
I took a break from corporate life to work for a humanitarian emergency relief organization. In response to the earthquake in Haiti, I spent two years there as a Logistics Manager.
Upon returning home, I worked for a forklift manufacturer heading Logistics and Trade Compliance. I am currently the Global Trade Compliance & Audit Manager for Weber-Stephen Products LLC (Weber Grill).
